I called their business by accident today thinking it was the usal one my mum has been to for ages. But Yvette who was super friendly and non-judgemental on my query/dilemna to fix the rust spots I've noticed appearing in the deep end of the pool after realising there was a screw that was in there this whole time, she recommended me a user-friendly eraser block to use for the fibreglass surface I had. I did try to contact the normal business but the tone from them made me think twice about going back.So, I decided to go in as planned with the product she offered and was available to show me what I can do to use it. After speaking to the owner as well, who provided sound advice after trying to explain the previous experiences I've had putting more product (salt bags) then we needed into our pool with a new chlorinator, filter, sand etc after pool was renovated... she tells me that we definitely didn't need so much salt or chemicals advised to us as it could ruin the system.I knew I should have gone with my gut instinct when 12 bags of salt was advised to us at the start. The chorinator had been on a red light high salt" this whole time and I couldn't figure out why. When I asked the usual business about the rust spots

So impressed with the service received. In a time of need, a phone call to the team who went above and beyond with providing support and specialised information. When it came to purchasing a new pump, the team assisted with spare piping to assist us to get our pool operational quick smart. I will not be going anywhere else!

I am not a customer but the owner was very, very helpful to me over the phone when I had trouble with a spa filter. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Give them a good they were very, very polite and helpful.

Every time I go here I’m surprised at how friendly and quick the service is. They know all my equipment on sight without having to look parts up. I’ve been able to rebuild pumps and filters instead of buying new ones. All the parts seem to be a good quality and in stock. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable and happy to talk about different options for fixing or refurbishing your gear. They are even going to lend me some equipment to have a go at replacing the sand in my filter myself.
