Rooms are super clean and modern. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Our wifi didn't work very well but wasn't really an issue for us

It is an absolute beauty to stay in! All the staffs are wonderful and caring. The location is great with the Apollo bay just at the door step. Very clean rooms, and the shower water is fantastic! Could not recommand more for this place!

Ray was super helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were lovely and clean. It had everything we needed. Very close to main shopping area and right across from beach! Thankyou for making our stay comfortable ❤️

Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Two aircondioners, one at the top floor, one at the bottom. Clean and fresh. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Close the shops, close to the beach. Overall just great!

Great rooms excellent location close to everything. Beach access...rooms were immaculate cleaning was next level. Have been here twice will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever endured in a motel/hotel.This room was unbelievably noisy; not from the road, but from the room above! Might be fine if you fall asleep quickly and can sleep through anything, but we could hear every footstep, door bang and slide, as well as the water running (including the shower).To make things worse, the people in that room started making all this noise about 11:45 pm ... just after we had gone to bed. And continued till 3 am or later! They weren't especially loud, but the construction of this building meant that even small noise came through loud and clear. Continuously.I ended up sleeping in the car for a couple of hours!Really, this room should NOT be rented out. Or at least people should be told that it may well be noisy due to the ceiling/floor.The worst accommodation ever. Certainly not the place for a restful night!You replied to my review, claiming I did not stay with you. I assure you that I did.Room 16, Monday.Perhaps you should take your reviews seriously instead of trying to deflect comments you dislike.

The stay was fantastic. Walking distance to eateries for meals, beach for catching sunrise. Rooms was clean and well maintained. The kids loved it too! Could not find anything to nik pick on.

Coastal Motel was great value, I understand that it has been recently renovated but it was clean, excellent bathroom, fantastic shower with plenty of hot water, kitchen facilities, comfortable king size bed and spacious. The two armchairs and side table was well positioned in the room and very comfortable to sit in.Guest laundry for $4.00 a wash.Within walking distance to the beach and downtown to cafes and shops.We stayed three nights and couldn’t have been happier with this Motel so thank you to the manager Rui for making our stay an enjoyable one.

We highly recommend this Coastal Motel. The outside appearance was not great. However the staff were efficient and friendly, rooms were clean & well fitted out. Bed was firm & comfortable.
