Every time I have a parcel and it goes through this facility it stays they for 3 weeks. What is going on with this place and why is it so horrendously organised for parcels to sit for that long.

My parcel was listed as “attempted to deliver, no one home” however my partner was at the house and watched the postman not even come up to our door. Phoned the customer service line and when I mentioned that we have security footage of them not attempting delivery they were very apologetic. Took us multiple trips to the post office to collect the parcel as we were told that the driver was missing when we went for original collection.

Received email saying that my parcel couldn't be delivered as access could not be gained?????? They delivered mail to me that same day.......hopeless

Can’t believe this depot! Waited for my parcel for a month but has disappeared into a black hole. The supplier kindly sent product again, and it’s just a repeat of what just happened. Keeps getting resent from Burnside & still no parcel to be seen.

This place appears to be completely useless. They have had my express post item sitting at the facility for almost 10 days now. I called AusPost where they sent a work order to action the delivery within 48 hours, nothing happened. They also mentioned that it had a delay note added due to road closure" (absolutely no road closures in the area). By putting down a delay it seems to automatically buy them 14 days to deliver the item

Cant believe that my parcel keeps going out for delivery but then goes back to depot to be delivered again next day. My deliveries are always near the end of the day so it keeps getting bumped each day. Aust Post you need serious help or better management staff.

After two calls to Aust Post taking over an hour I was advised my parcel was returned to Nambour delivery centre with note of incorrect address. No phone number and no way of phoning the Delivery Centre or Nambour Hub I drove for 30 mins out there. While staff were nice they were totally unhelpful just saying they have a lot of parcels and couldn’t track it. Totally unacceptable in all terms. Address was correct on the parcel.

My parcel has been out for delivery in my suburb since 3 days. I now get a text message that I need to pick up my parcel from Burnside, which is half an hour away from my home! I called the Centre and they admitted that the parcel did not get delivered because the driver ran out of time to deliver it! They have never even attempted delivery. They’ve said they can put in a request for re-delivery, but there is no guarantee. And if I want the parcel to go to my local post office, there is an extra $7 charge. Zero customer service from this centre and Australia Post!
