I had a pedicure done here, within a week the gel had chipped off and I have an infection in TWO different toenails from them. Would not recommend going here again! Never had an issue or an infection from anywhere I've been before until coming here!

The worst customer service possible. Standing there for over 10 minutes before I decided to leave. No one tried to help or bothered to acknowledge that a customer walked in through the door. Other people were also complaining i.e waiting over an hour to get their nails painted. Will never come back here again.

Told the lady her electric filing hurt at the start of the appointment because it was cutting skin. Still didn’t listen, and then rudely 20 minutes later snapped at me for not relaxing my hands…. How am I meant to relax my hands when you have cut three fingers and caused me to bleed ? Also the manual files are disgusting and overused. Very unhygienic and unprofessional staff. Didn’t even get a single sorry.

Never get your lashes extensions done from this joint! I was at the doctors the next day due to glue inside my eyes. I knew there were something wrong when i told the lady that I could feel my eyes weren’t taped properly and could feel the glue dripping inside my eye, but she said that was just normal. Also, she showed me the soft lashes I requested at the beginning but she fooled me by putting the hard ones instead! I was charged $85 for my pain and very heavy extensions.

I went there today to do my eyelash infill. The lady who did it told me if I want to do my eyebrows too, then i said no and she was so persistant and I agreed. She did my eyebrows waxing and she pulled my skin as well. I am in pain, and i called them to complain and they just said put pawpaw cream. Didnt even apologies.

I got ny nails here twice now for sns and i must say its been disappointing both times the polish starts chipping and cracking in few days and you pay 50 dollars for it. I been to other places and i pay less then that and my sns normally last me a month. Never going back here again

I have never rated any business before do this is my first review! Last Friday my partner shouted me to get my nails and eyebrows waxed and tinted. The eye part is all good except for my NAILS!!!!! ON Saturday morning I realised that three of my nails had a crack in them. I was like OK, so I painted them hoping that they wouldn't break, but buy Sunday night the three of them had broken! My thumb completely snapped the ring and middle have a whole corner taken off!! Now I spent $55 and I expect my nails to last at least two weeks!!!! I went down and tried to explain but they didn't understand what I was talking about, but they proceeded to talk in their own language probably about me. That was the first and last time that I will ever go there, i know have to find someone close to get them redone as I'm in a wheelchair due to an amputation of the leg and its hard for me to get around. To me it feels like acrylic was not used as they don't feel strong-ish!! Please don't think I'm just a whinger, as I've said I have never rated a business before but I definitely got ripped off!!!!!

Perhaps there are good technicians here but not the lady who provided my pedicure service. She didn't understand me but pretended too and in doing so she caused a lot of pain and discomfort. She cut my nails too deep and now I have everytime I work it hurts. The nail is rubbing and digging into my skin and has now become infected and I am in pain ! Also I was charged $30 and only had normal nail polish when most nail salons I've been too charge $18-$25 . I will not be back for their services again.

I have been a regular client at this salon as it is my local. I have always been happy with the service and outcome of my nails. If I were to ever have a complaint, I would tell the ladies and they would fix it for me.Their pedicure massage chairs are excellent and I look forward to my appointment all the time! They also use disposable pedicure bags for the sink which is a plus and autoclave their equipment. Highly recommended!
