My phone message was returned immediately and an appointment set up the same day. Shannon was highly professional with good fault finding skills. He found the problem to my leaky toilet in an instance, and repaired it, and also fixed the flush buttons on my hand basin in my powder room. This had already been fixed once by a plumber but wasn’t successful. Shannon also installed a new Gooseneck kitchen sink mixer in no time. Costs were competitive and reasonable. I found Shannon to be proficient friendly and he could explain what repairs he’d done very easily for me to understand.
