Northlands Pharmacy

When I moved from my old pharmacy in Sorrento I had been there over 30 years. I was so nervous to change to a new pharmacy as the old one knew me and my family so well.I honestly shouldn’t have worried. The staff at Northlands pharmacy are the kindestNicest caring staff ever. It’s an extremely busy pharmacy but they always have time to say hi have a quick chat and treat you with the utmost respect and genuine care.I genuinely am so grateful to have such amazing awesome staff looking after my welfare and needs when it comes to medications. I have a complicated health history and at times need a friendly caring person to reassure my concerns. I highly recommend northlands pharmacy for all your prescriptions advice and any other items one would need from a pharmacy.I was so scared I would just be a number and not a person boy was I wrong. To Jim and Sam, Claire and Alec Thank you for always being so kind and genuine in helping me navigate my medications but more importantly Thank you for being the sweetest and most kindest reassuring staff. The price for scripts is 30% more expensive than Chemistwarehouse. I would not come here unless I absolutely had no other options. The staff were always friendly and helpful though.

Never seen such exceptional service they are all so very friendly and knowledgeable, always have time for you. they look after my parents (Nikola / Franka so very well and always go that extra mile.
