I'm so impressed with the grooming quality, timeliness, and overall customer service from Scruffy's! My dog is usually quite timid and she came out of Scruffy's very relaxed and happy after her grooming session. She has literally never looked better, and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else now!

My pup loves Scruffys, barely manages to contain herself trying to get in the door. The staff are all lovely and are always helpful and accommodating where required :) You definitely need to book early though!

Scruffy's Doggy Day Care, Grooming and Training
A big thank you to everyone at Scruffy's :) Our dog Remy was so nervous coming and for weeks the team was so helpful, warm, and embraced him and now he absolutely loves coming to Scruffy's. The team is extremely caring and thoughtful and we really appreciate all the work you do to make it such a great experience. I recommend Scruffy's to any dog owner.

Scruffy's Doggy Day Care, Grooming and Training
Staff are friendly and helpful and have worked hard to help my dog fit in. He's entire and a dominant personality, and was pretty anxious when he first started there, but they've found dogs that are happy to hang out with him and it's made such a difference to him. He's more relaxed around other dogs now and really looks forward to going. I also love seeing photos of the dog's activities on Facebook, so I can really see he is happy. Totally recommend Scruffy's.

The most amazing day care for doggies I have ever experienced in my life! Great facilities, wonderful staff and incredibly professional. My pug loves going there and I always know he is safe and happy. The daily updates and photos are fantastic. The only place for daycare I would ever recommend.

Scruffy's Doggy Day Care, Grooming and Training
We had used Scruffys to groom for years and thought they had always done a good job. The last couple of times we tried to book they had said they are fully booked and upon questioning them further they said they don't like taking on large dogs anymore. Our dog is 25kg so not huge. Really disappointing because it is now getting hard to find groomers for larger dogs and we had been an existing customer.

My pup loves going and eagerly jumps out of the car when we arrive! The staff is incredible and take such great care of him. I always get a happy pup back! I also love the daily Facebook photo updates.The grooming services have been incredible as well and perfect for a clean and fresh dog after a day of playing!
