Ordered and paid for my first ever scooter on Saturday and it was delivered today Monday. I'm super impressed with the service. Peter was very helpful on the phone and in organising the registration and delivery. He rang to advise when to expect the scooter to arrive and I also got a text from Murray to say he'd be there within the hour. The handover was very thorough and I was shown everything I needed to know. Excellent customer service!!!

Wasn't a good experience when trying to find a part last year. No parking for customers after 3pm!Did NOT get the Northern Beaches surfer friendly vibe that I normally get. Reverted to EBay for a better experience at half the price!

Bought something online and wouldn’t honour the price advertised and paid.Just in response to your reply,if you sell something at a price and someone buys it and pays for it you need to honour it. You have no disclaimer of “pricing subject to change” on your website.Don’t take it personally, this is simple consumers law. I reported this to fair trading NSW.I haven’t been contacted before the purchase, in fact I actually called you to confirm the day before making the purchase. My order was successful and fully paid.Fair trading will be in touch with you in the next few days.

I recently moved to the Watsons Bay area and needed transport quickly, so I settled with buying a scooter. Due to work commitments, I didn't have time to travel north to Scooter Central, so I did everything online and trusted the reviews that I would receive a quality product. I was not disappointed! Their communication was super quick and very thorough. They even delivered my scooter to Watsons Bay for free, which was an added level of amazing customer service. I highly recommend Scooter Central. They are professional, efficient, effective, and have an outstanding level of customer service.
