Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the first lawyer assigned to my case. However, I complained about that and the firm assigned me to Cindy Lam, she was so efficient, maintaining effective and rapid communication, answering all my questions and finally, taking the best decisions to advise me and obtain my sponsorship visa in Australia. I am very thankful. Also, I would like to say Adam Khaze was very clear in my first interview when I contacted Solve Law for the first time.

RUN FROM SOLVE LAW!I started my visa application process with them after paying $220 for a 30-minute Zoom meeting with Adam. They seemed to be professional, offer good service, and gave me a strategy for applying for the visa as their service fee was $7K - divided into 2 installments.I decided to give segment and paid the first installment which was $3630 and we started the process. After that, it was just downhill, and the service completely changed.We had some email exchanges, I sent them some documents and they contacted my employer and sent him a list of documents they needed.In the middle of the process, I had an unforeseen situation and I chose to leave my job because I need to save money to send to my family in Brazil (and the salary at the company wasn't great).I explained the situation to them and asked if they could return part of the amount of the first installment since we hadn't even filed the application, my boss hadn't even sent the documentation and they didn't do much besides exchanging a few calls or emails (which they always returned later a few days).Antonella, one of the people who were there said she was going to check it out and then said they couldn't return anything because they had already done a good part of the work and now I'm assuming the loss.So here's the tip so you don't fall for it. The service, in addition to being expensive, is pretty bad. Not to mention the lack of empathy, but I'm sure they don't give a damn about my reasons for canceling, apart from the fact that their contract doesn't have a clause for these cases.
