Our new kitchen has completely transformed our home, we are beyond thrilled with the entire process and final product that the team at LG Creative Projects delivered. Our initial meetings with Luke were informative and helped us really understand our requirements, from assistance with design, layout, fixtures, and fittings and understanding all the costs involved. We were confident from the very beginning that we were going to get a high-quality finished product that suited our needs as a busy family. The project was delivered on time and communication was clear throughout the entire process. All the LGCP tradespeople that worked at our home were efficient, happy to answer any questions and left the site clean and tidy each day. We went with Luke from LGCP to completely re-do our bathroom/ensuites and laundry. The quotation was comparable to the others we received but what set Luke apart from the rest was the fact that he was an experienced builder and he was far more willing to do fully customised designs according to our liking. He was very confident in the removal of walls, anticipating possible complications and providing appropriate solutions - this provided us with far better floor layouts, something all other project managers we spoke to, refused to do. It was clear to us, compared with other quotes, that LGCP were very flexible with what fitouts we chose - we chose, they did. Luke was a no nonsense, clear communicator so we always knew where we stood, which I appreciate. Most impressive was his responsive communication. I really don't think there would be many other project managers willing to invest that kind of time and energy. Being first time renovators, this was very beneficial. Luke was also proactive on protecting things to avoid accidental damage, like floors etc. He ran a tight ship with his crew and his contractors, many of whom I couldn't imagine being any better. To his credit, he never ran away from the enevitable problems that pop up with big renos in an older house and was very quick to get his crew and contractors back out to fix any issues - Luke clearly takes pride in what he does. L&G Creative Projects renovated our ensuite bathroom and we were so impressed with the process and results that we asked Luke to renovate our second bathroom as well. Luke is an outstanding project manager who kept us informed of progress and what to expect next on a daily basis. Each project started on time and ended on time. All the team were highly professional and worked to a very high standard. We love the results and have since recommended Luke to several of our friends.

I am most happy to provide a review for LG Projects, as they did an exceptional job on my upstairs bathroom, with walk-in shower. The whole process of from provision of floor protection to co-ordination of the demolition, plumbing, electrical, plastering, tiling, joinery, painting and clean-up was excellent. I am very happy with the quality of the final product !

Renovating is always a slightly stressful experience but LG Creative were fantastic throughout the entire experience. Luke and his team renovated our kitchen, laundry and family room. The kitchen is an awkward space with a chimney that couldn't be removed. It made the design process challenging, and I'm sure I drove Luke crazy with all my design adjustments. To his credit, he kept going until I was finally happy with the design and didn't complain (well.....not much anyway).The build went very well. Luke is an exceptional project manager, so organised, patient, quick to respond to issues or queries, and keeps to the agreed budget. You can tell that he cares about delivering quality work and making sure that his clients are happy with the result.He has a very professional team of tradies. Always showed up on time, very clean and respectful (we lived in the house during the reno), and excellent at their trades. I was so impressed with all of them.The end result is better than we hoped for. We have utilised the services of LG Creative Projects on two occasions. First being when renovating our kitchen and we needed a window replaced and new brickwork to accommodate window, as well as carpentry work involved in the renovation. Found both Luke and Gino to be easy to deal with, straight forward and extremely punctual (which can be rare with tradies). If Gino said they will be here at 7.00 am they were here at 7.00 am. As a result of our satisfaction with their services we engaged them to upgrade our main bathroom. Again, very punctual and extremely professional. We were impressed with the care taken in laying down protective material to safeguard our floorboards, stair well and carpets. I would highly recommend this company for any renovation projects you need undertaken.
