Excellent service at Redland Bay Smiles Dental. Super helpful in understanding out of pocket expenses based on Private Health, and the dentist I see Dr Matdusa is really gentle and honestly the best dentist I've been to and considering I have terrible anxiety in the dentist chair she's always made me feel calm and relaxed. Highly recommend these guys.Thanks team for your awesome customer and dental experience!

These guys are the best. In the last 12 months I’ve had general check ups, filings, crowns fitted, a root canal and an implant. I would not have gone anywhere else. Redland Bay Smiles have the best team, the best service and they absolutely know their stuff. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

The best dentist I have ever been to. Always go above and beyond to make me comfortable and are so gentle. I have had a severe Dentist phobia for many years, they have managed to keep me so calm throughout every procedure. I would definitely recommend them. If you need a dentist this is the place to go

From the moment you're greeted with genuine warmth, to the friendly, professional team - you'll feel like a valued client, not just a number. And the best thing is that they're reasonably priced. Dr Matsuda was happy to tackle some dental work which others have said impossible to - and now I have 2 fabulous front teeth, a great smile and my self confidence back. I would definitely recommend them.

I called Redland Smiles for an Urgent repair on my crown and within 24 hours they schedule an appointment. From arrival to completion Dr Matdusa was fantastic. She completed my crown and made me feel comfortable and safe and advised me on the significant outcomes had I left my root canal exposed further. Both the receptionist and Dr Matdusa were lovely and gave me helpful information. I would definitely recommend Redland Bay Smiles.

Im glad that most people have had a good experience here. Unfortunately it was a slightly traumatic experience for me. Dr Hee ignored anything I said and was very rough leaving fragments of tooth in my gum, and one of my good teeth is loose now after having 2 teeth extracted. Also didn't give me enough anesthesia before drilling out the cavities. The assistant even started rubbing my shoulder because she could see how bad it was. Worst pain in my life but he gave me a prescription for ibuprofen!? All other staff were lovely tho. I won't be able to recommend unfortunately from the experience I received.
