I cannot say enough great things about Victorian Roller Doors. After reversing too soon and damaging our rental unit's panel doors, I searched for a provider that could replace the door with like for like finish and quality, as the original manufacturer no longer existed. I was referred to VRD by a professional who did not have the capacity to assist us with the panel door type we required. I'm so grateful for this recommendation! From start to finish, our experience with VRD has been outstanding! Jo and Jasmine in the office and Raj and Steve in the field, provided amazing customer service and communication throughout the whole process. Raj removed our old door and replaced with a beautiful quality, exact match to our original door. He took time to explain the installation, which was done in a certain way to protect the door from damage when in use in future. And he was so lovely, even when stuck in a hot garage installing and calibrating on a scorching day! Very importantly for us also, was the cost. VRD offered the most affordable quote of all that we received and the quality of the work, product and service is of the highest nature. I cannot recommend Victorian RollerDoors highly enough and I will certainly be calling upon them for future needs. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service couple of days before Christmas. We contacted Steve for emergency repair (note this was not his installation, company which installed door is on holiday until middle of January) and he was very accommodating and came within 45 minutes (first thing in the morning) and door was fixed quickly and efficiently.
