I have never had such great customer service. We had several problems on and off our property and it took months to get internet access. In a situation where it was obvious that we should have been denied service, John patiently solved our problems one by one. We were fortunate to have found the great internet provider. This was the first internet service that I ever registered in Australia, and overall, I am VERY SATISFIED and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 1. The internet speed and quality is insanely amazing, 2. customer service is the best ever, 3. reasonably priced for a whole family(we got 7 different devices here). Shout out to this amazing John person, you are the most kindest staff ever, I hugely appreciate your guide to set the modem and router. I'll continue to use this company till the last day of my staying here.

Phenomenal support from the people at 10 mates. Dealt with “John” and ordered a router from them as well as an internet package. They seen the router was cheaper in my local area and refunded me and directed me there. I had nothing but great customer support even to the point they were checking up on my provided service after setup to make sure everything went accordingly. I can’t recommend them enough.
