STRONG Pilates Wetherill Park
If you love pilates, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! I love that STRONG is a combination of strength, pilates and cardio. It really caters for all fitness levels. The classes are really well designed and all of the trainers are super friendly, motivating and knowledgeable.It’s such an amazing and fun environment to be in and will make you want to return again and again!

STRONG Pilates Wetherill Park
Really enjoying my time at Strong since they recently opened. Although the idea of Pilates seemed quite intimidating, the crew there have been fantastic in making sure you feel welcome.The sessions have been very satisfying (challenging too!!!) and the trainers are always there to give me the necessary support and feedback since this is all new to me.Highly recommended since they have multiple membership options depending on what you're after (no lock-in contracts which is always nice).

If you love pilates and want to add an extra calories burn, you will love STRONG. They have phenomenal supportive instructors who will guide you on your pilates journey. Highly recommend!
