The food wasn’t the greatest, the chips were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. The worst was watching the way management were talking (yelling) to the young workers, absolutely disgusting.

Hungry Jack's Burgers St Peters
Sometimes you’re craving a Whopper and there’s just one place that can satiate that craving. This time it was the Hungry Jacks at St Peters and they did not disappoint. The fries were crispy and fresh, unfortunately the burgers were not quite so and the lettuce, of you poor wilted leafy vegetable. Hence the four star rating.

Absolutely terrible service.No one greats you with a smile,I ordered a jnr, scanned my app, then told her I want to tomato’s add cheese, was told “you need to tell me before next time” with a rude tone.I waited another 10 minutes for my food, my jnr had no onions, when I went back and asked for onions and was told there is none, with an eye roll by the staff member.No frozen drinks, water or post mix drinks avail, given the humidity and heat outside that was quite sad.Only frozen coke or orange juice.You can tell the staff don’t want to be here just by their attitude, and quite frankly, I don’t wanna be here with that attitude either, management needs to retrain their staff CS skills.

Waiting in the drive thru next to the speaker patiently for 7 minutes until they finally address me and tell me that they’re now closed at 11:40pm. No apology, no explanation. We’re lucky that the car behind us was kind enough to reverse out (they were collecting an Uber order) otherwise we would have been stuck in the line for who knows how long. Honestly surprised this place is still operating.

Ordered a few whoppers with cheese. Freshly made burgers, tasted all good usually hit the spot, picked up through drive thru. Service was all good, no issues. Not a fan of the Hungry Jacks/Burger King fries tho.

Always have bad experiences here, drive thru is always a rude teenager who never smiles. Orders is usually prepared poorly and doesn’t get it right.Worst burger I ever had was from here, see pic. “Jacks fried chicken” but it was shrivelled chicken inside crusty coating.

Have been going here alot and its a shame that it had went down hill badly.On this visit I have noticed the following1.they have now moved the free refill station to behind the desk and are now refusing to give out free refills even though it's BK policy to give free refills with the cup hat they give you.2. When I asked the girl who was serving me why they have moved it and refused a refill I got the answer I don't know" and laughed at me.staff should know policy and reasons why this has happened for the exact reason
