This has been one of the best customer experiences I’ve had. The entire team, including office ladies are super friendly, knowledgeable and put so much care and effort into their work. I know they have a lot of customers but they make you feel like you’re the only one!We had a bunch of large trees taken down and the guys were incredible. Highly recommend!

John and the team has come out several times to tackle some of the trees in our back yard. They have always been super helpful, very punctual, and have done an outstanding job! Highly recommend, just an awesome and great local team to help you out!

John was recommended by another arborist as we had a massive tree loose at the base.Needless to say it was a great recommendation John and Tanya came out it wasn’t an easy job but he told us straight up the cost to be incurred as an emergency call out and having to push back other jobs.John kept us informed throughout the job even went above and beyond communicating with us even out of hours.I can’t recommend these guys enough, professional, friendly and also gave us a sense of calm that the job would be done safely.Will have absolutely no hesitation calling again for other jobs and recommending to others.

John at Tree Range Arborists came highly recommended from our neighbors, who have had several jobs done, and we have already recommended them to others as well. They not only did an excellent job with the tree work, but the way they conduct and organise jobs as a business means the whole process is smooth from start to finish.Firstly, communication was great and prompt. When we needed John to come out for a quote (and he had to come out twice due to changes in the job description/circumstances) he was very communicative, and came out as early as possible. Their office followed up with formal quotes soon thereafter, and also when job details changed (such as a change in date ). When there were changes, we were called first to discuss, and then followed up with emails. This meant we were never left waiting for contact, or wondering when the job would be performed. We were given a date for the job once we accepted the quote, and never an estimate or 'penciled in' timeframe.When it came to the job being done, John and the team were incredibly professional and did an excellent job. They didn't just take down the tree in the quote, they also took down a branch for us over our driveway (at an agreed hourly rate which they added to the invoice). They were very conscious of the space, including our garden and trees (thank you!) and left mulch and the rounds where we asked, noting again they took the time to ask us what we wanted. Tree Range Arborists gave excellent customer service from first contact to the quotation visit to being onsite with their team. The team came on time and safely pushed through some challenging weather and finished on time. As an added benefit, they provided options where a habitat could be created for animals or the wood recycled/repurposed where possible. They did a quality job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Recently John and his team helped us out, removing a very tall messmate that had decided to lean over towards our house. When he came out to quote on the job, he was on-time and ready to help.Having been burned before by another company I had some pretty specific requirements. John listened carefully, offering suggestions and strategies to make sure things were handled in a way that I’d be happy with. He then went on to make sure that the work actually followed that plan! It was great, not a single part of my property was damaged, nobody was injured, and by the time they left the site the only evidence that anybody had been there was a mountain of firewood ready to be split.Throughout the process John remained in contact with me, making sure things were proceeding as planned and that I was happy. Even after the job was done I heard back from him in the evening. This level of open communication is great to see - it would have been very difficult for things to go wrong when managed in this fashion.Most impressively I got to watch John supervise his team, helping them find the safest and most effective ways to tackle what was a pretty tricky job. His eye for detail is exceptional, and the focus on safety was great.This was a pretty tricky job, and one that could have gone wrong if handled recklessly. Thankfully, that’s not how these guys operate. What a great service, and one I’ll definitely use again in the future.

The boys came out this week to cut down a huge gum tree that made a mess for the last 8 years. Amazed that they got it all down and cleaned up in only 4 hours. I have enough firewood for next winter as they cut it up into small pieces making it very easy to split. 10/10 !
