This was originally a poor review however the manager at this store really went above and beyond to rectify our first experience. Thank you to the manager at this store, you made us feel heard, you went out of your way to make sure my wife and kids were made to feel comfortable, you sped through the whole process, you have kept us as loyal Optus customers, going on 10 years now.

I was passing by and had a small nagging issue with my gmail freezing. Not their problem, but the staff quickly solved the issue.Whilst I was there, I decided to check on my 7 services. The staff member found a much better deal with the mobile data on my tablet. In fact 3x cheaper.Not a good look when you come off a plan Optus. Put your customers on the cheapest plan, then they can decide if they want more data.

Terrible service, making it impossible to resolve a faulty set of samsung ear buds which is the 2nd set of faulty ear buds in the past year. Communication from workers in store was disrespectful and rude especially from Mitch the store manager. Poorly run store and respect for myself the customer very poor

I had a great experience yesterday at Optus at Erina fair. I was served by Jacob and he was brilliant. I have had a few bad experiences with calling Optus and another store in the Last few days so I didn't think I would get any help. Was I wrong he was so helpful kept apologising for my past experience. He advised me what the best solution was for the issue I was having without making me feel like I had no idea. Thank You Jacob it was a great experience. I hope you're manager knows how great you are.
