The service I received today was quite horrible. Employees act like they don't want to be there and didn't even reply when spoken to at the checkout - super rude.Store has some interesting things but honestly I wouldn't want to go back

Called ahead to check for stock and they were helpful right from the beginning.Drove from Ballarat to Ararat (because i was sick of ballarat store not having stock) and it was worth every minute of the drive.The staff were lovely, the store was well faced anywhere i looked and they were graceful about my need to open all 4 boxes to ensure the items weren't broken after a bad experience at ballarat store.Wish this was my local cheap as chips instead. Its like a completely different and better store.Keep on doing what you're doing Ararat Team :)

I wish I could post 0 stars. Not only are the staff not adequately trained for human interaction and cannot run a store, they're ableist to staff and customers. This store in particular has hired people who are questionable and have a history of making girls uncomfortable. Their HR is terrible and I would not recommend young females working there and getting the support they need.
