Choosing Katie as my wedding photographer was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding.Being photographed by Katie is an absolute treat. I know this sounds ridiculous but she somehow made me feel even more special than I already did.Her attention to detail is second to none. If a hair was out of place she'd tell me, or even help me fix it. I felt completely at ease with her and she definitely brought out the best in me. She is easy going and has a great sense of humour, whilst also effortlessly navigating the crowd and capturing the important moments.I know every bride loves her wedding photos but the photos Katie delivered were absolutely stunning. I have been fortunate to do a mentoring session with the talented Katie! Besides being a great photographer and very knowledgeable in her art, she is also always willing to help always there when I need advice! We decided to get some family photographs to capture a moment in time with our kids. We decided on Katie because we really likes the way she was able to capture real moments without the pictures looking to set up. I first came across Katie's work whilst planning my own wedding several years ago, I had very little understanding about photography but was totally awestruck by her photographs. Later, after becoming a photographer myself and gaining a whole new appreciation for the mechanics behind an incredible photo I was even more enthralled with the jaw dropping body of work that Katie has so meticulously labored to create.Upon meeting her, studying underneath her and getting an inside look into her art and business, I am hard pressed to find an artist in this industry whom I admire more. Katie is a triple threat. Katie was wonderful from start to finish - a true artist and a true professional, which is hard to come by. At the time she was heavily pregnant but still didn't miss a beat; she had meticulous precision, noticing every detail and making sure I was comfortable at all times (which goes beyond the realm of photographer). As someone who'd be with me all day, she offered to carry my medication and frequently checked in with me if I needed it. Again, over and above. As you'd expect, every photo looked like a fairytale and she managed to capture every fine detail of the beautiful set up. I felt I came in a customer and left a friend. Would 100% use Katie again.
