We booked accomodation on the thursday for a saturday night 2 and hallf weeks away for a sporting tournament. We were notified on the next day the friday that our childs team had been pulled out due to unforseen circumstances. We contact the park basically 24 hours later and left a message one their answering machine to see if it was posible to cancel the booking as it had only been 24 hours. We received no call back. Called on the saturday explained what had happened had to call and email again on the tuesday before getting a response. The manager stated that my wife would have been told there was a no refund policy when she booked. This was not discussed with her on the phone. We just thought with the quick timeframe they would show some heart and give some sort or refund but no its not there policy. Nice easy way to make $145 out of someone. They will not get my business again.

Do not stay here at any cost. It's just not worth it.. I stayed here for only one of 3 nights that I booked for... It's cheap but not worth the price.. It's nothing like the photos they show on the Internet.. It's so dirty & filthy inside.. The room we stayed in had blood stains on the curtains, dirty carpet paint & walls peeling away, dirty surfaces in the kitchen I just couldn't wait to get out in the morning.. TRUST ME! Do NOT STAY HERE!!

Great for those on a budget, just remember the hotel rooms were built in the '70s so expect eggshell blue tiles in the bathroom, old corroded aluminium windows, beige tiles on the kitchenette and walnut brown furniture, not like the Rydges across the road, but half the price

Staff and management were so helpful. The cabin was very clean with a kitchen, good sized fridge, 2 double beds in separate rooms, air-conditioning, fans and carport. Close to shops, take away and servo. Even though it sits on the Hume Highway, it's so quiet. We've stayed twice before and will be back.

These guys can definitely do some good prices, and most of the villas are pretty good. Comfortable and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Some issues, but nothing too bad, and great service every time. Overall still happy to keep returning for weekly and fortnightly stays.Great location too, easy walk to food, shops and the hotel. Great little community.

Nice cosy homely cabins , very comfortable and clean. Which after the seeing the lower rating on google i was very surprised. I don't agree with the low star rating at all.. they have some older cabins in the park however they don't use those. They r empty. They have motel rooms as a part of the place plus brand new cabins plus long term rental cabins. There is also a part for the bigger retirement folks. I have been living here for several months and left my place unlocked as well as my car on several occasions and had no dramas AT ALL. it is very quiet here as well.

The Room Reeked of a foul smell the park known about it because both ceiling fan were going that hard they were shacking the cabin apart, but had no windows open. The step to the cabin were propped up block 600mm of the ground. And there was a broken power point. The best they could do was to give me a small discount. I will not stay here again I’ll pay the extra money and stay at the Rydges across the road.

I wish was possible to put 0 stars.I'm travelling every week of the year for the last 13 years, and this has been the most disgusting, filthy, worn, smelly, uncomfortable, noisi (and overpriced) experience of my life.Just in India and Cambodia I've found something similar but they were room of 3$/night.Here I've spent 90$ (discounted!) to sleep in a place which I'm wondering how could be possibly used for renting! The ceiling is falling apart, the disgusting carpet is sticky, the fridge have no shelf in it... Its like the lair of the bad guy in the horror movies.Stay away.

Awful. Overpriced. Dirty. Cramped. Broken Fridge shelves, which meant we had to pile our food on top of other food, and hope it didn't fall out when we opened the door. Muck from other people's food left in fridge. Bedroom so small we had to leave our bags in the car. Cupboard in bedroom was a joke. We stayed in 6 different caravan parks on this trip. Bass Hill was the most expensive by about $30 per night, and the smallest, and most sub-standard. I would never stay here again,.I can't even give it 1 star, but had to to be able to submit this post

Very, very noisy, couldn't sleep at all, you feel like sleeping directly on the street, mattress too hard, floor is making a noise for each little step, 30min from airport, Fridgelight doesn't work, far to expensive for what it is; next time I would prefer paying more and sleeping in a hotel near the airport. Can't recommend this motel. Late check in and availability of the staff was good.
