Beyond Blue Pool & Spa Supplies

Purchased a Zodiac pool cleaner on line which had developed a problem. Called the zodiac support line who advised me to take it in to Beyond Blue who are the local authorised dealer. When I got to the store the owner asked me where I purchased the cleaner. I advised him on line which was met with a rant about how he makes no money from zodiac warranty and because I didn’t buy it from his store he would not do the warranty. He continued to winge. I couldn’t believe his attitude towards a new customer! I will be complaining to Zodiac and will go out of my way to ensure all my contact know how they maybe treated by this store. Not a good customer experience!

Rod, is a very friendly and helpful guy. Beyond Blue are very reasonable in price.Rod comes and services me pool monthly so I never have to worry about my pool.I would recommend Beyond Blue Pools.
