The guys at Alloy Magic did an absolutely amazing job and i couldn't be happier with the result. My rims are a hard to find WK Grange HSV rim and the photos speak for themselves just wish I could find some more before photos. Cheers again!

I used Alloy Magic in regards to repairing a set of wheels that required a bit of TLC.Prior to collecting the wheels, I specifically asked the owner (Peter) if the wheels had any defects prior to the work being performed. He said no, there were no issues to be found.The job wasn’t bad, however an independent mechanic I used found that while three wheels were perfect, one was questionable on a wheel balance machine.I tried making contact with the owner to see if this problem could be resolved amicably, however he wasn’t being reasonable in any way, shape or form.He instead stated that the wheel can be repaired, if it had any damage evident (he doubted me) and that I would have to pay $250 for the twist to be repaired.To add insult to injury, he also stated that it was normal for wheels to have vibration (even new ones), however in this case, it was far from normal.Overall, to pay $1,400 for a job that was supposed to be a full refurbish was disappointing.If there is one thing I can say that was good during the whole experience was the paint job. The Shadow Chrome finish was perfect, however the customer service leaves much to be desired with the aftersales support.He was extremely argumentative, when it came to finding a solution, most notably when he stated that I was wrong for pointing out an issue that was clearly meant to be rectified in the first place.If you’re looking to get your wheels refurbished, I would advise going elsewhere

My OEM rims needed a refresh due to normal wear and tear. 0 complaints about the process and impressed with the repairs and paintwork. Feels like i have a brand new set of rims.

Do yourself a favour and stop searching for someone else. Alloy Magic are head and shoulders above every other alloy business in Perth. They brought my set of 22 rims back to brand new (probably better than~!). The guys are careful

Cannot thank Pete and his team enough for getting my 2022 Golf GTI rims repaired so quickly! I stated that I needed the car for my work, and Pete and his team stayed behind work hours to get the job done as quick as possible to be able to return the car to me. The rims look as good as new and I cannot be happier with the outcome and their customer service. They really went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough for being so kind and understanding of my situation. Will definitely return if need be, and I highly recommend Pete and his team to get the job done right at an affordable rate!
