What great service with people that know what they are talking about. My pool was green and after they did a water test I only needed few chemicals to add into my pool and the water was sparkling in only a few hours. The prices where OK. Good work. Thank you Buy and Fit pool shop.

My experience with Buy and Fit and especially the service provided by Hayden has been amazing! I was a little worried about buying an expensive chlorinator over the phone, from a company I had not dealt with, then asking it be shipped to Adelaide! Not only did I save money but the well packaged items arrived in 2 days! Due to my own stuff up installing I needed a replacement part, once again I couldn't have asked for better support with the part being well priced and arriving with in 24 hours! I would no hesitations about using them again.

Very impressed with their professionalism. Buy & Fit are a reputable and honest business, not only before the sale, but after the sale. I had a part that was faulty, which wasn't there fault, and they replaced it straight away. I will do all my future pool business with Buy & Fit. Highly recommended them, as there are way too many pool sharks out there.

My pump decided to fry itself so I started ringing around to everyone that supply and service Hayward. The staff were more than patient with me over the phone as we tried to work out what went wrong, check all necessary areas for faults and help get to a solution with the matter. I then got an amazing price for a replacement pump!!! The staff are genuinely good people that try to give you the best possible service and advice. I highly recommend them, and being my second visit there, I will keep coming back. Thank you guys!!!

Was great to deal with Hayden at Buy and Fit. He was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout on the status of my orders which was great. When many other local pool stores simply didn’t respond, it was nice to have someone interstate taking care of the customer and providing great and prompt service.
