1st Call Electrical were friendly and professional from start to finish - from providing and updating quotes, and booking the service, through to the installation process (with excellent clean-up) and follow-up (with the offer to repair something that was inadvertently damaged). I find it stressful to coordinate things like this, and they made it all easy and pleasant. It was a pleasure working with them.

Had a fairly trivial job of replacing faulty power outlets, but they arrived ahead of schedule and finished the job in a few minutes. I was working from home at the time so it was great to have them in & out quickly and without a fuss.

If only dealing with all trades people could be this easy. Rowan was excellent at booking us a timely appointment to have our smoke alarms checked. We received a bio of the trades person before they arrived so we knew who to expect at the door. Luke arrived on time, was quiet, respectful and informed us of what work was required before he efficiently carried it out and cleaned up on his way out. Communication was excellent across all fronts. Highly recommend this 1st Call Electrical. Really setting the bar high for home services.

1st Call have been a real pleasure to deal with.It started with a remarkably professional and clear quote. Then on to a stress free booking process. Very useful detail about what to expect. Followed by an electrician who was on time, polite, and efficient. Things were all neat and tidy at the end of the visit. And the billing and payment process was easy to understand.On top of that - I have a shiny new electrical panel with easy safety switches. And I feel like my place is far less likely to catch fire, damage my appliances, or electrocute me.Any other electrical work I need done, I will be using 1st Call.

Just an updated review to reflect the years of work that 1st Call have now completed for us. The team continuously go above and beyond to complete an outstanding job, and have helped us turn our house into a home. You needn’t continue searching for an electrician!____We connected with 1st Call Electrical when we needed our electric oven installed. From the first point of contact with Rowan right through to the completion of the job with Tom we knew we were in good hands, and have continued to use them for any electrical work that arises (residential and commercial), and will continue to do so (while singing their praises to anyone that listens).

1st Call were great! They installed two split system units for us, as well as some additional power sockets as we've just moved in. They communicated well, made several visits to inspect, confirm and then carry out the work, and the team installing were professional and respectful to our place.We did have a minor issue unrelated to the air conditioner units, but they were prompt at organizing a resolution and covered the expense as well, which was greatly appreciated. Will absolutely use their services again.
