CITY PERFUME

I visited city perfume Merylands today. What an amazing customer service, especially Bibi Najiba. She helped me and explained beautifully to find my signature perfume. I spent more then $1000 on Niche fragrances today, they have alot of variety. I would highly recommend to my friends to go to Bibi and i would love to visit again.

City Perfume in Merrylands exceeded all my expectations! The staff is extremely welcoming and their knowledge about fragrances is unparalleled. The store offers a splendid selection of luxury perfumes. Definitely coming back!

I recently visited City Perfume in Merrylands and was blown away by their exceptional service. The staff was very patient and helpful in helping me find the perfect scent. The store has a wide range of perfumes and a great selection of niche fragrances.

I bought Mancera Cedrat Boise Intense online, and not even after 5 minutes the scent becomes incredibly weak. For an Extrait de parfum concentration, this was not what I expected. I suspected something wrong with my bottle. (Faulty bottles are able to be returned).I reached out to their support through email, and it's just a bit of back and forth and to me what seemed like time wasting and ignoring my emails.Eventually, the manager took notice after I complained enough and contacted me to help me resolve the issue and explain why they weren't replying to my emails (due to a supposed fire accident in the center).I have yet to send back my bottle for them to review, will update on the results of this experience.UPDATE:The company sent it back to Mancera's HQ to check, and said that Mancera claimed that there was nothing wrong. However, the employee tested the juice themselves and have confirmed to me that the it is indeed weaker than what they have in-store.So, they agreed to give me a full refund, or exchange for another product. I chose to exchange for another product and had to pay the price difference and then they shipped it. They also threw in some pricier niche samples.TLDR: Bought a faulty product, complained and eventually got a response. Then, got an exchange/refund for the faulty product.

I love the team! The customer service is exceptional, and the staff is always friendly and professional. They have a fantastic range of products, including exclusive and hard-to-find fragrances. The store has a great atmosphere and is a must-visit for any perfume lover.

I had my make up done today by Herleen. Very happy with her work. I asked for a natural and classic look nothing over the top and she delivered. Happy with how she also explained everything to me about the products for my skin type.

I had my make up done on Sunday 7/5/23 with Diksha. She exceeded my expectations and made me feel so comfortable sitting in her chair. She listened to what I want and shared her ideas to create the perfect look. A very talented artist and kind person I am so glad I got to meet and share my experience with for my special night. Outcome was flawless I was so sad to have to remove it at night. She introduced me to new skin care products which I have started using and am loving already.All staff in store were very welcoming and friendly. Very lovely and friendly staff. I was served by Diksha who was very very lovely and knowledgeable. She is confident and knows what products work for your skin. I was very pleased by her service and friendliness. This will be my go to store for all my beauty needs. I really enjoy spending time there.
