WARNING!!WE ARE STILL WAITING ON A REFUND AFTER WE HAVE PURCHASED A COUCH LAST YEAR WHICH ARRIVED FAILTY AND BROKEN! 8 months later we are still waiting on this company to refund us and take their rubbish back!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNEDUpdate: This is not a fake account. I have added all the photos that are visibly showing the poor quality of the couch Catalano has delivered to us. Every single time I have tried calling Catalano, the staff assured me that someone will give me a call back shortly. Unfortunately, that has never happened and there was never a response from their side. Catalano is constantly nagging us in their emails to accept another couch. I have sent numerous emails stating that we are only excepting the full money refund. My case with Catalano was dreggend through so many months due to the lack of contact and neglect from Catalano’s Springvale site.

Catalano leather is something else. I love the look and feel of these couches.

We purchased the Amelie bookcase from the Springvale store. We found the staff there very professional and friendly. Raveen ensured that delivery and assembly of our unit would go smoothly. We are very happy with the service provided and our unit.

I bought a coffee table last week. Very friendly and pleasant staff. The product got delivered right on time on the date that was promised. Delivery guys were very helpfulful and pleasant to workwith. Very happy with the purchase.

I believe i made a mistake to put my first and last order with this store. I order a coffee table last year which took over 6 months to deliver and when delivered the glass was scratched and chipped from one corner. Reported on the day of delivery and store advised new stock coming in next 3 months and table will be replaced. it was suppose to replace in December last year, then got told will arrive in early Feb and still there is no news on the replacement table.

We bought 6 chairs from your Springvale showroom end of June 2021, and the salesman said they should be ready by end of July or first week of Aug the latest. It is September now and no one has reached out to me regarding it. We have called numerous times to your store and sent few emails. Not a single response back. This has been a really bad after sales experience! Would not recommend this service or store to anyone! Horrible ! My purchase order number for you ignorant bunch - SP11647

Ordered the Freda white Carrara coffee table after seeing it advertised and then inspecting it in store. Delighted to have it delivered within a week - fantastic service and I love the table.

There are some great products in the showroom, but my customer service experience has been less than acceptable. If you want to order anything, make sure that there is stock prior to avoid any dissapointment in regards to the post-sale process. The cancellation policy is extremely rigid.Some better communication would be extremely helpful at putting my mind at ease.Edit: I was contacted as soon as this review was seen and given more information. I've amended my review from 2 to 3 stars due to how quickly they responded after I posted this, but it really shouldn't come to this.

Good product but poor post sale communication.Ordered on 6/12/2020.Original ETA was 8 weeks which kept on getting extended and extended with no communication from Catalano.I called up every 8 weeks or so and requested to be updated, but never once did I receive a phone call.When I called in August, my stools had arrived, but I wonder if I had not followed up, would I have been advised my goods had arrived.Finally delivered on 19/08/2021.Happy with the product, but not sure if it was worth the 8 month wait.

Really disappointed with this company. We purchased a timber dining table from this store and were delivered a table with significant defects in the style and quality. These are miss-match timbers, significant joins, and patchy seal coat. So disappointed that they would ever deliver something of such poor quality we requested a refund, and this was rejected, with the option of waiting two weeks for a replacement top. Given what is shipped is significantly different to what is on display, I will not be shopping with this group again. Beware.Judge for yourself in pics below.
