I have been participating in the online workouts weekly with coach Rach and absolutely loving the format! It is the perfect way to mix up my training. The best part is that my gluteus maximus feels the burn everytime which the poor cherub gets neglected otherwise. Thanks team and thanks Rach for your amazing sessions!!

The instructors are so helpful and really make a effort to insure you that your getting the most out of your class. Would recommend it to anyone wanting to get toned and fit!!!

Had different instructors for every class but each routine was pretty much exactly the same. When I asked one instructor for some help with my springs, she told me I should have gone to an easier class.

Nice!Friendly but also very tough :)They are extremely focused on proper technique executions which is what I needed.Great experience , would recommend to anyone who is looking for all round shaping.

I have done a number of class here through class pass and all the different instructors I’ve had are always really upbeat and helpful. The music is fun. The space and equipment is well looked after.

I swear by KX Pilates. Clinical Pilates fixed my back a few years ago and I didn't want to stop doing it, so joined KX Pilates, which was one of the best decisions ever by me. Great instructors, great studio and you get a great workout :)
