We want to do a new carport, and was a bit worried if it actually blocks the view of our home. Thanks to Sam and max for making it so perfect that it looks like a part of our home.Sam have done a wonderful job in taking the perfect measurements, and even helping us to chose the colour. Max have done a great job putting a double carport in a day, with the perfect slanding. Much happy with your work.

Thank you to Real Savings for a great job ripping down and installing our 50sqm pergola and decking.Firstly Sam, who was our guide through everything from start to finish.Then the tradies who all worked extremely hard through quite hot weather. They were all polite, on time, and took great pride in their work. Tom, Luis, Chris and Micah, thank you for making it easy having workers in the backyard.Great job guys. Just had our Outdoor Patio and decking done by Real Savings Home Improvement and they did a fantastic job overall!! The installers Lui who did Patio and Chris & Micah who did decking (Hardiedeck) were very professional and did a great job. The whole process was very smooth and professional starting from sales where Sam went above and beyond with his customer service to the representative with final measurement and installers with great finished product. Always highly recommended and Definitely a 10 out of 10!!

I just had recent Pergola installation with Real Savings. I could say is that the quality of the job their installers provide are outstanding. There were few MN hicaps but they were addressed right away by Real Savings. Sam is most helpful too by a phone call even his son was sick, he took the time to accommodate my call request and concerns. I know I am in good hands with Real Savings if I have future issues with my Pergola which I am not expecting sometime soon. They are very patient and profession in dealing with your concerns which is what I am happy about. I will do hire their services again if I built or bought a new house in the near future as we are planning to downgrade when kids all finished their studies. Real Savings is highly recommended on my books, will surely recommend them with friends.

Our quest started when we started looking to extend our outdoor backyard, and after analysing different quotes from different vendors, we finally ended up with Real Savings, which was referred to us by one of our friend.From the start, the whole team made us comfortable at each stage of the construction, and made the whole process seamless. We were so impressed that, we initially started with pergola, but ended up doing deck, blinds and kitchen with Real Savings.The quality and detailing of the whole job was great, and we were very happy that we handed over our backyard revamp to SAM and his team, who did an excellent job .I would highly recommend Real Savings.

Overall the outcome of the job was very good. Chris and Marco were fantastic, they were very professional and did a great job. Louie who came to finalise the project was exceptional, he had a thorough understanding of the structure. My recommendation would be to get someone experiences like Louie to oversee the project from the beginning to avoid too many last minute patch up work. My recommendation to anyone is to get detailed specifications including measurements prior to signing the final contract. We had a measurement issue and then ended up paying extra $500. Overall Sam was a pleasure to work with and he was very kind and followed up with us regularly. Thanks Real Savings Home Improvement team!

I am amazed at all the good reviews for this company. My experience is totally the opposite. My advice is to avoid this company, if you can. If you cannot, then be very particular about how you deal with them.Ask for a breakdown of cost and keep account of your communications.Maybe my project was a bit too big for this company, they struggled to do a decent job from day 1 (trust me, it took a long time for day 1 to arrive).Maybe they are a good choice in certain types of projects. But they laid my Hardie deck THREE times before they got it right. An absolute nightmare.And I do not want to comment on the lip service from the people running the show there.Avoid if you can, otherwise, my good wishes are for you.
