Quality of products are five star. Customer service is poor. Girls serving just do not bother to serve on a first come first serve basis. Instead they served people who ever approached them first. They will have to up their game.

Very good customer service and nice and fresh food everytime all the food made MTO (make To Order ) which means all nice and fresh all the time girls at front counter friendly and always happy to serve customer would recomend visit this place

I was at a near shopping centre when I thought I should get a Samosa so I hopped Away to sweet India where they made a fresh Samosa right in front of me.

They have amazing sweets and most of time they are fresh. Nothing can beat the quality. Iam very impressed by Aman’s customer service skills she is always smiling and helping . Her service surely deserves 5 stars. Only thing which I was taken aback with is they play too loud Punjabi music.I think it’s important to keep this place multicultural.

My partner and I recently visited a local establishment called Sweet India. As newcomers to this type of shop, we didn't quite know what to expect. Upon arrival, we were overwhelmed by the vast selection of sweets, which unfortunately lacked name tags, making it difficult for us to decide what to order. I believe that adding name tags with the food names, main ingredients, and perhaps a star for popular choices would make the selection process much easier for first-time visitors and even help expand the market.The ordering process was a bit confusing as well, as there wasn't any clear signage indicating how to order or the pricing structure. The staff initially offered us a 1 kg option, which was too much for our liking. After some back and forth, we were finally presented with the option of 250g. It would have been helpful if the staff had presented this option from the beginning.As we were unsure of what to choose, we asked the staff to give us their most popular items. Surprisingly, they initially gave us all duplicates, so we requested one of each item to sample. In the end, our selection weighed in at 400g. The man at the counter, who we assumed was the manager, kindly provided us with a tasting tour, which we appreciated.The sweets themselves had various flavors and textures, but they all had one thing in common: they were very sweet and oily. Personally, I found them to be quite rich and couldn't finish even one, so it wasn't quite to my taste. After the tasting, the man at the counter asked us to leave a review using a QR code, and we couldn't shake the feeling that his kindness and generosity were solely aimed at obtaining a good rating. His insistence that we write the review on the spot made us feel uncomfortable, and we had to assert that we needed time to compose our thoughts.In conclusion, Sweet India offers a unique experience, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of signage, ordering process, and customer service. Locals should give this place a try to see if it suits their taste buds, but be warned that the sweets are quite rich and may not be to everyone's liking.

Best sweets in Melbourne. Awesome customer service. Samosa’s and Dhokla are best in the town. You will get all types of sweet made with superior ingredients .People who have sweet tooth must visit place in the town.
