Can not speak highly enough. From quoting to pricing to installation I was informed every step of the way. The porcaline bench overlay is absolutely stunning, quality second to none. I would recommend phil and the team at USM to anyone looking for porcelain overlay or any natural stone product. Defenetly will be going through USM fot all my future renovations.

When I read so many 5 star reviews for this company, I was curious about their outstanding service. Now that I have been through the process of modifications post install, I can guarantee that they assure quality work and deliver on that promise. Throughout the process, the company were consistently professional and respectful, they welcomed feedback and provided a solution that favoured me, as it has cost them time, money and added inconvenience. I have been totally impressed by Kemal, Phil and their friendly team from start to finish. Initially I contacted United Stone as I wanted to replace the stone bench. Kemal explained that removing the current bench top would cause the backsplash to shatter, costing me unnecessary money. Kemal suggested overlay stone was a better option - I had never heard of overlay bench tops prior to that. The level of expertise on initial enquiry, as well as the option for package install (trades and sink/tap combo) offers competitive appeal in comparison to other businesses. This added convenience was especially appreciated on the install day, where the laser cut template and installation; from electrician, to plumber, to stonemason was seamless. The company offers only the best, beautiful engineered porcelain stone, which is heat resistant and will instantly give your kitchen a high end look, for probably a third of the cost of a complete kitchen renovation. The sink, pull out tap and extra bench space I now have as a result of the overlay, has also made this a very functional space - exactly what I was looking for! For these reasons, I would certainly choose United Stone again.

United Stone Melbourne was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process. From when we first went to their Dandenong South showroom and spoke to Phil about available options we were very impressed with their product offerings and professionalism. At all stages of the process including removal of our existing tiles and bench tops, measuring up for the new install and then the actual installation they absolutely nailed it. At the initial meeting at our home Phil provided us with a firm written quote (very reasonable price) which included all dates for removal, measurement and installation. They adhered to this timeline and provided text messages to confirm along the way. We knew what was about to happen and when, even to the point of advising us that they were on their way and would arrive within 20 minutes. Fantastic service and professionalism. They arranged for all necessary trades to be on site when and as needed. The tradesmen (plumber and handyman) were a delight to deal with as were the two installers on the day of installation.We have nothing but praise for the workers involved and we are extremely happy with the completed job. We have since referred a neighbour to United Stone Melbourne when they mentioned they were contemplating a kitchen upgrade.

We had old black granite benchtops which we wanted to change and I have been looking at United stone as an option for quite a while! After a lot of looking around I decided to go with them and I am so glad I did. I did have my reservations on porcelain before but I am a convert the stone looks and feels beautiful and it’s pretty much indestructible. All done in a day with no mess and seamless installation. Any hiccups for after care are immediately taken care of without a fuss too. Everyone I’ve dealt with from Phil, Kemal to Bora and the other trades who came during the day have been spectacular. I highly recommended USM, couldn’t be happier.
