Wasn't sure who to ring and lucked out on ring Manion Plumbing. Had an issue that required a timely response (albeit not urgent) and we were able to negotiate an appropriate timeframe. The customer service on the phone was personable and extremely efficient and most reassuring. The job completed was first rate and very reasonable in terms of pricing. Looks like I have found a great plumbing service.

Service was prompt and efficient and both trades people were polite friendly and just got on with the job.

Excellent service! My out-of-hours e-mail query was responded to with a prompt phone call to confirm what the issue was and arrange for a plumber to attend my house to fix the problem ASAP (my hot water cylinder was leaking water), Within aprox 30 minutes I had two plumbers (Damien and another gentleman) at my door with a replacement cylinder. The installation of the replacement unit was very professional and great care was taken to minimise any mess in our home (there was none!), the guys even removed their shoes before coming in - very much appreciated as we have parquetry floors. It's refreshing to find such a professional outfit here in Launceston. I will certainly use Manion Plumbing again and will be recommending them to our family and friends.

Manion Plumbing replaced our hot water unit today. They provided prompt, friendly, efficient service from the first customer service phone call to the competent tradesman. Highly recommend.

Quick response to an emergency leak in a wall. Very professional and helpful.

I came to this business because of good reviews but it ended up a nightmare. The bill was off this planet and failed on all metrics.After a number of bill alterations we got to something approaching what was fair and reasonable. The process was unpleasant and in 45 years of building I've never encountered such conduct from a contractor.In all fairness the plumber who did the work was good but dealing with the manager of the business is to be avoided at all costs. Our ongoing and future business will need to be directed to a more reputable business.

We had been a good, past customer of Manion plumbing, Invermay, no longer.They have charged us $105 + credit card fee, for inviting themselves to inspect out hot water system, without giving us the information that we would be charged.We gave them the particulars of what was happening with our old tank,also the specifications, expecting a quote over the phone. When he arrived their quote was $400 more than their competitors so we did not go with them.We have never had to pay an inspection cost before for other large jobs we have done with them, so are not pleased and will no longer use them

Fine with everything however, please announce your arrival by ringing the door bell, beep your horn or a text msg to let us know you’re ETA… we didn’t know you’d been until we got an email invoice. We were home but had no idea a service person had been to service our biocycle system. A heads up for future biocycle services would be appreciated. Thank you.

We had Manion Plumbing come to fix a blocked stormwater drain on our property. They advised that unblocking it would be very expensive (required earthworks) and so they recommended diverting the water off our house roof down another drain instead by installing new pipes. BUT they never returned to install the new pipes, despite numerous follow up phone calls trying to book them in over the following three months. We eventually got a different plumber out to do this work. Then four months after the initial visit we received a bill from Manion Plumbing for $176. At no stage did they return our calls or undertake any works on our property. It cost us $176 for them to view the problem and provide a quote. NOT IMPRESSED.

Blade and Jackson listened well, got stuck in straight away, checked with me all through, and knew their stuff. In fact Blade was expert with my little excavator, which made for a much quicker, better job. Not cheap, but well worth it.
