We were recommend to try Larsen’s for their customised wedding bands. Jacinta was extremely helpful in providing advice for our matching wedding bands. We were probably easy customers making a quick decision but she still guided us through the process and we are really happy with our beautiful platinum rings. Despite only ordering a week before our wedding the team were able to custom build our rings in time. Thanks heaps for your assistance and great quality workmanship.

I adore working with Larsen Jewellery!My engagement ring was designed here (Melbourne store) back in 2021, and so it made perfect sense to come back for the wedding band in 2023!Ben at the Brisbane store was such a dream to work with. We coordinated remotely as we were flying into Brisbane (only a week out) for the wedding. The team, luckily, were able to begin working on the design remotely and used the final week before the wedding to finish off the fitting so that I had my band right on time. Their professional advise and manner is always exceptional. I worked with Jacinta to design my partners engagement ring and she went above and beyond expectations working with me to develop a design that was not only aesthetically to my partner's taste, but functional and practical to wear on a day-to-day basis. She was also happy to answer all of my annoying questions via email and put my mind at ease during an endeavour as anxiety inducing as designing an engagement ring. Jacinta at Larsen designed the most beautiful and unique ring for me made up of some of my diamonds, and both my grandmothers stones from their wedding and engagement rings. I now have a ring which i can wear everyday rather than the stones and old rings sitting in my drawer. She went through in such detail with me about what i wanted, and made changes and suggestions as we stepped through the project - she is incredibly talented. So happy with the final product. This is my 3rd ring designed by Larsen, their whole process is so professional and the final products are incredible.

Fleur from Larsen is amazing! My partner and I visited Fleur to pick an engagement ring for me and I was initially feeling overwhelmed at how many options there were and I wasn’t sure how I would ever settle on one. Fleur had such a great systematic way to help me narrow down which ring I wanted. She even made suggestions for how I could pair a wedding ring with the ring I ended up choosing. The whole process was so smooth and enjoyable! We still talk about how fun the experience of choosing a ring was. Fleur was so professional but approachable and maintained communication throughout the entire process. We will be back to purchase our wedding rings and any other jewelry we may want in the future. The folks at Larsen Jewellery were so great to deal with. Specifically Jacinta whom helped me through the entire process. Jacinta was so helpful and an excellent communicator, she was able to send me drawings via email, was super responsive and even modeled the ring so I could get a better understanding of its look on-hand.I cannot speak highly enough of Jacinta and the folks at Larsen.
