First time I ever stepped foot in this beautiful shop and I fell in love with the ornaments and jewelry. Staff were extremely helpful. It was a great experience and would definitely go back again

Had to exchange a charm brought at Christmas from a different store as recipient already had the same charm. Didn’t have the receipt, yet Anna and the team spent time, energy and made phone calls to honour the exchange. They didn’t have to go to such great lengths to assist me, yet they did. In such a competitive retail landscape, it’s these actions that separate a business from others and paves the way for repeat business. We will definitely return and we are very impressed with the proactive, professional and friendly service of Anna and the team.

Walked into the store today after something caught my eye and we were not welcomed into the store or acknowledged. While looking at the Disney and pop culture crystals we were considering buying the older Asian lady at the counter was glaring at us from behind our backs seemingly unaware of the mirror right beside us pointing at the counter where she was standing. Definitely do not recommend interacting with this store and to either go online for your purchase or another Swarovski store elsewhere. Bottom line terrible service and staff that created an inhospitable environment.

I had to return an item and they were fine to accommodate - no questions asked

This place offers the ultimate VIP shopping experience. Nothing is too onerous for the ladies who work here, who would happily show you everything in the shop if you wanted to see it. Anna is especially amazing - she is one of the most helpful retailers that I have ever experienced.Beautifully packaged purchases complete the shopping high. And you know that when you return (because return you WILL), you know that the same happy faces will tell you truthfully what does or doesn’t suit you, just like shopping with a friend.

I often visit the store and each time I am looked after very well. But today’s trip was exceptional. I met Anna at the counter and she is absolutely amazing. She is extremely polite and has a jovial nature. I had a bigger smile on my face this time when stepped out of your store not only because of the amazing jewellery I bought but because Anna made it all so special. I interacted with her about a few things and I can tell that she is not only exceptional at her work but is also a beautiful soul. You guys are very lucky to have her.Thank you Anna!

Staff are horribleThe manager decided to argue with me when I went in for what I was hoping either a repair or exchange. In light of the fact this was the second time I have had problems with my piece I wanted to see what I could do as it had sentimental value. I went in 4-5 months ago when the problem began and they turned me away and said they weren’t going to do anything. Now returning again with the problem still present the staff were rude and started arguing with me when they could of just said once again I’m sorry there is nothing I could do for you. Everytime I would try to speak the staff would speak over me and talking down to me. I never had this bad of an experience with this brand as staff are normal amazing and helpful but parramatta is horrible

I don’t normally leave reviews but yesterday I had such a beautiful assistant help me as I lost a necklace my son brought me I was so embarrassed because I was crying and the lovely lady was so beautiful she helped me went out of her way to get me another one for me . I don’t think I have ever experienced such good customer service and I’m so grateful for all her help she was completely compassionate to my situation.
