Amazing experience! First time I’ve been to the Maroochydore clinic. All the staff I came into contact with were lovely, caring, helpful and very knowledgeable. I had the pick me up package, which was so relaxing, the products selected for my skin were perfect and left my skin feeling amazing. The clinic was very clean, warm, inviting and I felt relaxed the moment I stepped in the door. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

BIG shout out to Jess, I’ve been going to shine for a few years. The service and professionalism from the staff are to be commended. Jess is an amazing therapist and remembers conversations from last visit. She is genuine, attentive and consistant. I bring my daughters that visit from Sydney and they say the same10 out of 10 !

Been going here for years but am now changing. When I get a certain lady there for wax and Tint she makes my eyebrows sooo thin and I say I like them to look thick . She waxed my left eyebrow so much that it’s completely uneven to my right and now I have to wait for it to grow back thicker how it was and draw it on everyday . She didn’t shape it at all with the Tint, can’t even tell they have been done .

A few weeks ago I used the online booking system to book a service. The system (theirs) crashed and said that my payment had not gone through and I had to contact the salon to make an appointment. I did so immediately, and thus had a service at a higher price. My payment WAS in fact debited by the online system, and I have had no luck getting a response from the Shine office. Several emails and phone calls, assurances I will be called back, but they seem to be content to just pocket my money and not acknowledge I have been billed twice. Buyer beware with this lot!

Wow...best facial ever!Nerilly was very professional and attentive to my skin concerns.The time in the salon wasn't rushed (not like some salons these days) and my treatment was thorough and relaxing.The gentle massage of my shoulders/arms/scalp during the treatment was an added bonus.I can't wait for my next appointment.Thank you Shine in the Plaza

Professional and very friendly staff. Great quality skin care range.I've had issues at other salons with waxing - not a single problem at Shine.Thoroughly enjoyed my facial, would highly recommend them!
