The best musical instrument shop in the known universe! Great selection of guitars and knowledgeable, friendly staff. Very supportive after sales service. The Staff were excellent, Nick was extremely knowledgeable about guitars and even though he scared our small child with his mis-shapen head, we returned on the Saturday and were assisted by a very beautiful staff member, Maddelin. Her knowledge of vocals was Ace!Great Store, Great Vibes!

Well worth the trip here. I live on the Gold Coast and I'm more than happy with traveling all this way. I bought a guitar from here and Nick was awesome to deal with. When it arrived Nick inspected it then rang me to say that he had to send it back because he wasn't happy with the finish of the paint on it and another one was on it's way. His attention to detail and supplying nothing but the best for his customers is of a very high standard. I highly recommend Byron Music. Many thanks Nick .

Truly extraordinary and personal service, this great store demonstrates clearly why it’s great to support local businesses and buy local. The staff are very knowledgable and friendly and can usually order any music/sound related products in case they don’t have it in stock at quick delivery and fair prices.
