Cassie was AMAZING! We called around a couple of other pest controllers around Geelong to see if we could get a rug treated for carpet moth for one of our clients, unfortunately they all declined and said not till Jan. Got onto Cassie from a referral, best thing I ever did! Cassie was not only able to help us promptly, but was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and more! These guys really went Above and Beyond. They were super helpful on the intial phonecall and were able to come the same day to treat our bird mites. They then returned to bird proof. They were prompt and reliable and super friendly to have around.
