The customer service was fantastic. I was so pleased that the lady who served me was able to fix my neck lace at such a reasonable price and so quickly. She also negotiated a bargain on a sale, making the item very affordable for me. I left feeling very impressed, appreciative and satisfied.

Staff are nice and helpful, they are carful not to rush you.But my fiancee and I have bought rings from them twice. We live outside of coffs so we got them posted after resizing.The first ring wasn't shipped as requested and so I had to call to have it arranged again after they said I could now pick it up in store...I called once again a week later asking if it had been shipped, they said they'd call me back, the next day they called and said it had been shipped, I'm pretty sure they forgot to ship it for an entire week. So it took two weeks to be shipped a 2.5 hours drive.The second ring we specifically requested to be posted to my fiancé's address. I just got an email saying it has been posted to my old address (the wrong address). I arranged with Auspost for it to be redirected, but this has caused an additionally 5 day delay to the postage.All in all, store front is fine, they're professional and well rehearsed. But their backend is clearly prone to human error and can result in clumsy shipping delays. Perhaps a less complex system with fewer variables would be better.

I was in Coffs Harbour Plaza shopping centre yesterday with a client of mine. I asked Jilly a question about some jewelery. She went out of her way and was very sweet and helpful. We left feeling very cared for. Well Done! ✔️

Really need to work on your website, either nothing or the complete wrong thing come up when you search for something, for me I couldn't see the first half of the page as it started at about 200 items down, turned me off even trying all together.

Was quoted a very good price for a men's wedding band, the sales assistant offered to hold the ring while I went to arrange the money for the ring. When I returned half an hour later I was informed by the regional manager" that the sale on the ring had ended and that the staff had simply "forgotten" to remove the sale stickers.The regional manager then claimed that he was unable to give us the ring at the advertised price because the "computer wouldn't let him." When we pressed him about his responsibility to honour the price advertised he blew us off stating that according to the ACC he was within his rights to change the price.Regardless of whether the ACC would or would not defend their behavior

My daughter in law was treated very disrespectful, when inquiring about a ring the salesperson made a judgment by directing her to go to the big W, this was an insult and bad manners, my daughter-in-law could well afford any of the rings or jewellery that they sell, I personally wouldn’t shop there after her experience with that sort of attitude, look somewhere else where you are treated and respected as a potential customer, there are plenty of jewery shops that would be glad to serve you with an excellent choice of merchandise.
