10/10 for workshop members0/10 for office staff and customer serviceI would say avoid this service center if you care about customer service. they do not respect your property at all!My 2019 A7 was facing a drive system malfunction (still in new car warranty) and had been towed to Audi Indoor. They told me they need to change the fuel pump which needs to deliver from Germany. They told me the part will be delivered in 2-3 weeks. However, they cannot provide me with a car for commuting during such a long repair time. The excuse that staff told me is our vehicles are all booked for couple of weeks. you need to contact Audi Australia." Okay

Took a family members car for a service and had to endure extremely rude and dismissive customer service by David. The service itself for the car was great but the overall customer experience was terrible.
