Fee is very very reasonable (yes, you heard me right a double very!)3. Conduct was very professional, they take good care of your property; willingness to stretch a little bit more for me, e.g. there is this one time where Winnie had to wait for me to drive down to pass the key and she was really in the hurry, I really felt bad for making her wait.4. Highly responsive5. Next level advertising, I was able to rent out my place within 2 weeks, this is impressive result6. Andre from VicProp is a step above the rest when it comes to property management. I had the pleasure of having Andre as my property manager for over two years and it was by far the best rental experience I have ever had. His customer service left me feeling valued as a tenant which is something many of us renters never feel. My partner and I felt extremely appreciated throughout our tenancy to the point that we felt as though we were living in our home and not someone's investment property. To their credit we were fortunate enough to have amazing and caring landlords too.Andre went above and beyond when the pandemic hit and my partner and I lost our jobs. Andre helped us work together with him and the landlords to work out a plan that suited everyone involved which allowed us to pay rent in full so no one missed out. This allowed us to stress less and pursue new employment opportunities without the pressure of moving out at the same time. This level of care and customer service is not often seen and again made us feel extremely valued as tenants and people.How many people could honestly say they looked forward to rental Inspections? These were a highlight for us as we were able to see our property manager and more so someone we consider a friend now.As a highlight of his customer service when my partner had to have surgery Andre made sure to call and make sure she was okay. These gestures meant a lot to us and shows the true character and sincerity of his customer service.When it comes to renting I would recommend Andre and VicProp to anyone and would encourage landlords to allow him to rent out their homes knowing that he truly has everyone's best interest at heart. Andre will be my first and only call moving forward for any renting or housing needs.

Ian, Brian and Winnie were amazing. The purchase went so smoothly, Ian and Brian were friendly, receptive and professional. Within a couple of days of settlement Winnie gave me a choice of tenants with the rental well above what I was expecting. The team exceeded my expectations, I would highly recommend them.

Where do I begin. Winnie Wang is the most unprofessional, unethical, unresponsive & rudest agent I have ever had the displeasure of meeting.She never listens to any of your concerns, repeatedly talks over you whilst you are speaking to her and is very condescending.For some reason management are afraid to reprimand her and educate her on how to treat people with common decency and respect.Will never use this agency for any of our rental needs.

Winnie and Leo have been really helpful to us as rental tenants.They responded quickly to all our queries and negotiated a great rent price for us.
