David from Jim's towing just gave me a tow. Only a short distance but he was super friendly and helpful. Turned up in the estimated time and reasonable rates for a Sunday tow. I am always happy to support a small family run business like Jim's Towing. I was so impressed I have posted my first review! He literally took the stress out of my predicament. Thanks heaps David.

I collected my new F100 from a transport company after it was trucked across from WA. The F100 had the handbrake (foot pedal) on and the brake release had been broken by the transport company, they were not interested in helping me!!! I randomly chose Jim's Towing from a google search, spoke to Dave thinking I need a tow but he asked what was wrong and said he should just be able to fix it. He drove to Laverton North, fixed it in 15 minutes, this saved me $$$ on a tow. Jim's Towing know their stuff and did the right thing by me, they could have charged me for a long tow but didn't... Had a bingle with my car today and gave Jim's Towing Melbourne a call. Without any hesitation, i was asked on my location to tow my car. I had shared a link on my location and arrived later as soon as possible on site. I then requested to get dropped car dropped to my mechanic and once again there was no hesitation upon my request. Overall, very pleased with the service offered.

I highly recommend Jim's Towing, I was stuck in the mud with my little flat bed truck on a Sunday, I call JIM'S TOWING, he left straight away brought extra chains and pulled me out... very reasonable pricing. Got the job done on time and in budget. 10 stars

The most painless, professional towing service I have ever used. Dealt with Dave over the phone and the information exchange was easy. You can tell he is very proud of his business and the great image it has is well deserved. Extremely punctual and highly competitive rates, Dave was very clear with what the charges were for and why - above and beyond. Shane fulfilled the service and was fantastic. He backed the truck down our long driveway on a main road with no issues and planted the car perfectly, what more could I want?
