Val and the Multimode team are simply first class when it comes to IT support for your business. We've been happy customer's for seven years which includes the day to day IT support for our office and occasional work on larger projects. Most recently, they completed a data migration from our server to the cloud which was a seamless process. After buying a Surface Pro the guys from Multimode did all the setup only to find out that the camera was faulty and the machine needed to be replaced under warranty. No bother for these guys, they wiped my data, and then once I had swapped the unit they did the set up all over again. They were much more calm, reassuring and professional than I was about the whole saga. Overall I ended up a very happy camper!

I have had the absolute pleasure of Multimode looking after my IT for a number of years. They look after our pcs, lap tops, website hosting, back ups and lots more that I don't even know, which is great as I do not have to worry. Recently they came up with a solution for extra protection against cyber crime, which is a big issue for my industry. When we are in a bind, they act instantly to have us sorted, which thanks to Multimode does not happy very often. I have no hesitation in recommending Multimode to any business
