Customer service regarding flower delivery was frustrating to deal with. Credit card was charged immediately after order, delivery could not be done within the 4 days that were agreed, I was not informed about this but had to follow up, got only monosyllabic answers by text message and had to ask several times for confirmation of delivery - which was a week late. Recipient seemed happy with flowers (sent me a thank you message) - however, I have not been provided with a picture by the service and do not know how the arrangement even looked. Would not use again.

Carlene is correct. You are rude and caused me to go somewhere else. It would be a better option to try and give her better customer service than attack her for her review.

Thank you, my friends ordered them for me and they are very impressive and wonderful that they are all grown by the owner. I also received an extra little one as there were excess flowers that would have otherwise been discarded.

Flowers were nice once they got there, but customer service is extremely rude and inefficient. Would never use them again and we purchased 2 arrangements at the time.
