Western Sydney Speech Pathology

We have been seeing Julia at Western Sydney Speech Pathology for well over a year now. She is fantastic! My son is incredibly busy and always on the go and loses focus quite easily but she does such a great job with him. This term each week he has done a craft activity and I am just so impressed. She goes above and beyond to have parent sessions with me on a weekend. Julia is a gem and an absolute asset to your business. We are lucky to be working with her. well we had been a long loyal customer over 7 years through multiple pathologist with our daughter and only through me ringing to find out when our next appointment was i find out our spot was given away and that was it and could not be changed .All because they say my wife had not responded back, which she had ,i said why did you not ring me,no answer why.The new owner could not even tell me herself,the practice was much better when the former owner julie owned it and has unfortunately gone down hill.stay away very very poor customer service and zero respect or loyalty.we will certainly never be returningwayne
