Car required warranty repairs where another Ford dealership were unhelpful. Thomson Ford Service were quite helpful and had the car fixed within a day.Only 4 stars as a female employee starting with M" was abrupt towards people and the service manager starting with a "N" was always at lunch when contacted even at 430pm!"

I took my ford transit for service. I dropped off my car with burnt-out brake lights and picked it up with burnt-out brake lights, don't know what kind of a safety check that is. How am I supposed to believe that they completed what they wrote on the invoice

The new place is more helpful in restoring the issue I had with the previous store staff members at Harris park .I highly recommend this place .Staff was helpful friendly and polite .The new management is easy to deal with and was pleased on serving customers .

This was a 1-year service. If I had completed this survey when I brought the car in for a 3-month service, I would have given a 2-star rating. I was stuck there for 5 hours and I left at the end thinking I would take my car elsewhere for the next service. Staff were not that concerned and there were no facilities.Nine months later and there was seemingly a bit of a transformation. Given I was stuck there for the duration of the service (~2 hours) the receptionist showed concern and was able to get the service moved forward. Still could have better facilities for customers forced to wait there.Given ghat no service cars were available ( booked out for a month) the at-home servicing or pick-up/drop off options would have been nice.

The worst service centre 2nd time in a row.This service centre is a joke and a waste of time, they booked me in for a service on Saturday and said there will be a loan vehicle as and they will be able to check the engine idling issue. When I got there at 7:30 on a Saturday, they had no loan vehicle for Ford and no Ford techs to look at the idling issue on top of that the last service, they forgot to complete the service history log book. So they waste your time and the response you get from the skilled staff is, I'll let them know you are waiting and this is all I can do .Than why in the first place would you bring me for a recall and say you can provide Ford services on a Saturday. Do you know that we have lives and jobs as well that we need to attend too. The drustration and anxiety that you put people through. Ford should re-think it affiliation with you as a service provider. So now what good is the vehicle with a manufacturer recall and your failed service. I might as well just park it back onto fords lot for resale.

Purchased a brand new ford wildtrak in 2017. The vehicle has had a replacement gearbox and 4 weeks after the replacement the diff has started leaking and destroyed my brand new driveway. 90,000kms and ford Thomson service centre believe this is not their issue, although the gearbox was 4 weeks ago. Sayed suggested we sell the car. Monique was absolutely no help at all. If only I could have given 0 stars.

Always bring my Wildtrak here. I do a lot of k's so I do a few services a year. Farid and the team are friendly and helpful. I like the video form the mechanic sent to my mobile just before they finish the service. Nice touch!
