Agree with the majority of reviews giving 1-star, the staff here simply don't care.It comes across as you are inconveniencing them trying to transact with the business and they will seemingly do anything they can to convince you they can't help or don't have what you need in stock. It is really quite bizarre actually but now I understand why they only need a few customer car spots for such a large site!

Clearly the staff at Rexel Toowoomba cannot read properly.This is the 5th time that items have been booked out to my account which is based in Victoria and also has a note to Call me before a purchase goes through.Sort yourselves out.It is honestly not that hard of a job to put purchases to the correct account.

We used Rexel for all the lights for our new Gordon Bourke Constructions home. We found them to be very knowledgeable and patient during the selection process. They have a very approachable team where nothing was ever an issue.
