Apon arriving in store I worked my way to the wiper aile, I believe the gentleman who approached me and served me was Mark, he was a nice man who took the time out of his day to help me with the challenging choices of my car wipers taking. Providing me with all options and gave recommendations. Helped fit the and explained to me how to. His wonderful service continued as he help me pick a dash cam set. He asked questions and listened to point and concerns. He deserves to be recognised for his wonderful customer service experience that he provided.

Thank you to super cheap auto lad in oil counter service department for assistance in installing item in my car Thursday morning first thing. Even though I paid for service, he done a fantastic job for replacement while I had to attend caring for elderly lady. He was polite with a fantastic work ethic and it’s employees like him that encourages customers to come back and I thank you for your professional service.

Asked for diagnosis, they put me on hold for 20 minutes, as walked in shop waited 30 minutes before they told me sorry now we can't do as we are busy.So absolutely happy to waste my time just waiting. Manager can't see meSo must wait...............
