Wynstan - Blinds Doors Shutters Awnings

Bruce from Wynstan came out to measure and quote and was great. Adam installed and he was a pleasure to deal with. The blinds look fantastic. I would have left a five star review however there were some delays with the production of the blinds which wasn’t communicated to us properly. Overall, very happy and would use again.

We asked for 4 new fly wire screens. Wynstan Fitzroy sent out a pleasant man to provide a free measure and quote. Several weeks later their sub-contracted installer arrived to install them. They fitted perfectly, testament to the original measurer, with top channels needing to be measured, cut and installed by today's very professional, efficient and pleasant installer. A seamless process which will enable us to have reduced air-conditioning costs over summer. Great value for money.

Very happy with our awnings and blinds. Installation by Dino was very professional and straightforward. When there was an issue with the measurements on one of our ordered products he quickly arranged a replacement. Would recommend.

Paid deposit of $2,000 on 27 September. Told 6 weeks to delivery. That suited. I would get my bedroom shielded in time from the summer light to stop waking at dawn. Now - 15 February (some 5 months on and summer almost gone) the blinds have not been installed.Yes - with much prompting and at times long phone waits two skylight blinds did get installed (on 30 December - 18 weeks since deposit paid) but mis-assessment of how the blinds could be fitted by both salesman and installer meant window blinds needed to be re-made.Later I was assured the replacements would be done in 3 weeks (25 January), but of course then revised to (3 Feb) then told they were on the truck (6 Feb), but not in Melb (9 Feb), then inquiries showed they were in Melb (15 Feb) but the installer had not been informed and still wants until 18-19 Feb to come back to me to book in the installation.... at some time... unspecified... in the future.Hard to know why this crowd have become seemingly so dreadful. But just look at their other reviews. Do they just take on every order without worrying whether they can actually meet their undertakings? A no-return customer" model? Or maybe they make promises that they know are untrue? Or maybe their management is incompetent? Or maybe they don't care? But I wish I had never met them and I strongly recommend to those thinking of buying from them to go elsewhere.Since posting this review I have been contacted by Wynstan saying they are concerned at the excessive delay

Contacted Wynstan's Fitzroy to have roller blinds fitted. Ivy in the office was very friendly & booked in Craig to measure up / provide advice. Craig was vey flexible about times & provided excellent advice about what would work practically in the property & what would look good. Was able to provide a massive single blind for a very large window. Dino came & installed them & was also very friendly, professional and on time. He was aware I needed to have them fitted as quickly as possible & was able to fit me in at the earliest opportunity. The actual blinds are of a very high standard & the price is excellent too. They really add to my property & are 'black out'. Wynstan's also provides a 3 year warranty on the blinds. I definitely recommend this company & will use them again. At the moment (May 2022) just be aware that there is quite a long backlog & it took 6 weeks from ordering to them being installed. Thank you very much.

Dino’s installation of Wynstan products was prompt, efficient and totally professional. He left the work areas completely clean and spotless, and was extremely clear in instructing us on the preferred methods of use. Dino was respectful and courteous at all times.
