I had thought my face id was broken for so long until I went to the shop and had my screen protector renewed. Turns out it was only the protector and my face id was working perfectly well. They also gave me a pretty decent price when I got a new phone case as well. Very nice people.

First off, I can't contact. It would help if ur business had a number to call. Ur website 'contact us' does not have any details. Reading other's feedback makes me want to stay away, sounds like they don't care.

Yesterday I visited phone expert because my phone screen was borken.when I visited there they talked nicely to me and their screen replacement prices are quite reasonable so I got my phone screen replacement from them more they put free screen protector on my phone screen. I recommend there people must visit the shop if they have any related to phones screens and other things they also have beautiful phone cases and I also bought one from them.

My husband, took his phone here last week and wanted a simple screen repair. The phone was working perfectly fine. The cracks on the screen weren't affecting the tech side of the phone at all. After been told to come back in 30min.. we we're handed back a phone that was no longer working. We we're told 1. The phone's home button was not working ( she asked if that ever happened) I said no, the phone was working fine when we brought it in, after 10min she said the phone wasn't even turning on.... They couldn't give us a answer as to what happened etc.. they couldn't help us further as they were closing (didn't even offer to stay back and fix my husbands phone or give us a spare phone as this was their error) told us to bring the phone back the next day! poor and disgusting service. Took the phone back the next day, we were not even greeted with an apology but straight away she started stating that the repair of the screen had nothing to do with the phone not turning on, I tried to explain, that all we wanted was the phone fixed and given back to us how we gave it to her in the first place. She kept going on about how the mother board is old and iso was not updated etc and so when she placed the new screen on thats what caused the damage of the phone, so she said 5min ago the screen Repair" had nothing to do with the phone and then admitted that when she placed the new screen on the phone thats what caused the damage ( what an idiot) ... She then advised she would need Apple PW and ID to access the phone and without that info my husband would loose all his data on the phone ( even more frustrating) While we we're there

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. EVER! I bought a new screen protector for my phone and they fitted the wrong one. It fell off within an hour. I took it back the next day and asked for a refund (as I wanted to take my business elsewhere) and they refused to give me a refund and said they could put a new screen protector on which I didn't want as it would have been the same as the first one that didnt work. She then blamed me for the screen protector not fitting because she said I told her it was a different type of phone (hence the wrong screen protector) which I did not. Surely, as a phone 'xpert' as they call themselves, they would know what type of phone it is or at least realise they had fitted the wrong screen protector.They were rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I will never go there again and discourage anyone else from going there as well. Worst customer service and business in Cairns Central.

Very good customer service! Perry really helped me out with my screen repair. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. Will definitely be coming back!
