I have been using Maurice and his team for years and now on my 3rd vehicle being worked on by him. I have just finshed getting several after market add-ons to my new Ford Ranger and can not fault his service. He always goes above and beyond to source value for money parts and does great work. Every member of his team is committed to providing top service. Will definitely recommend his service to anybody.

Inititlal visit: Were able to fit me in on short notice when my alternator broke, awesome service. 10/10Follow up visits for service and repairs:One visit for standard service: fine. Came out with a list of a dozen things wrong that required varying stages of attention. (previous service 12 months prior at another mechanic was 'great condition')Booked follow up end of Nov. to get half a dozen things fixed which would 'only take a day'. Turned into two. Turned into three.Upon registering my frustration was told they were short staffed and had turned down/put off higher paying jobs to do mine. Mine could have waited, was not urgent at this time did not have to be booked in on the requested day. Bill was substantially higher than quoted, without consultation or warning.Upon driving out. Car was making knocking sounds. Took it back to be told something had been put on backwards. Was fixed then and there free of charge.Days later, car began making knocking sounds again. Brought it in. Told 'boys had done a dodge to put something together and came loose, fixed now'. No charge.Offered a free service and wheel alignment to make up for inconvenience.After Christmas. More knocking. Unable to get in (on my end, not theirs) for a few week's, was then told it was the sway bush links on right side that were loose and needed replacing. Was not picked up on service from end of Nov. I paid for this invoice.Then. Found out (not found earlier as no need for use until now) that using the back windscreen wipers would only turn on the water in the front (and back wiper simultaneously). No charge for this, but balanced out the aforementioned free service and wheel alignment.My own comprehension of mechanics is poor, so did not appreciate the lectures about how stuff works/breaks due to wear/age along with technical jargon and cannot be certain if I was a taken for a ride or not. But my last few experiences here have not endeared me to become a returning customer.

Maurice is a great fella to deal with has neat work and very affordable he got the bullbar and side rails on my car as quick as he could battling with parts from the supplier being damaged and having to be sent back I would highly recommend him to anyone that need mechanical or firmest done on there car.

I had a set of airbags installed to my Mazda 2021 BT 50 and I am very happy with them the ride is very good.

Arrived in Innisfail in a world of pain after $700 spent up the road trying to diagnose engine issues to no avail. Walked in to an immaculate show room, annd workshop, and super friendly staff. Maurice promised us nothing and delivered us everything in the space of 24 hours. All issues fixed, and explained, with a follow up call a day later to see if the car is running well. Highly recommend this motor shop to travellers, and when the team are fixing your issues, take a stroll around a town full of history, and lovely people.

Got my 2022 x terrain back end up grade I am on holidays he came out checked my car told me what I needed gave me a great price booked me in 5 days later picked car up 3 hours later perfect job awesome price if need a great job done for great price this is the company for u could not be happier thank u so much

I called in to see if someone was able to install some rivnuts for a rear barn door mounted table on my 4X4. The team were only too happy to help, and despite my offers to book in for a suitable time, Maurice did the job himself right away while I waited. Top service and really fairly priced.
