I have had a commercial property that was managed by Beacon Realty for many years. I found the company well suited to my needs. They are always professional and able to troubleshoot for you. Also their fees are exceptionally reasonable and you don't feel like being just an another number

I’m a bit perplexed with some of these other reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about Chris and the team at Beacon.They manage 2 properties in Brisbane for us and have always displayed a high level of competence and maintained excellent communication.Our experience includes some tenant difficulties and Chris’s proactive approach has been very much appreciated.

This business should be (if one could be bothered) reported for gross misconduct as a property management group. We had a commercial lease and Beacon was the property manager. They have no skills. They are unprofessional, made inappropriate demands to us as a commercial tenant. How they stay in business is a complete mystery. If only we had known who they were when signing the lease. They are a law unto themselves and treated our commercial lease with contempt. Thank goodness we had legal advice throughout our tenancy. As well as being a commercial tenant we also lease out property to tenants. We have NEVER encountered such incompetence. Only at the end of our lease did we find out how many property agents/managers avoid having anything to do with this group. Steer clear at all costs - they are incredibly incompetent.

I have had association with Chris and the team for many years and I believe they always consider the interests of tenants and landlords in equal measure. Chris regularly contacts me to discuss such things as local and state legislation and ever-changing economic conditions and it is my experience that he makes sure he's always up to date with what's happening in the property market. At the end of the day, he always gets things done.

They always keep on top of problems until resolution is reached. Throughout Covid lockdowns Beacon provided exceptional service for both us (landlord) and our tenants.They kept abreast of legislation and our tenants' business status to ensure our best outcomes. Chris Huxley, the owner of Beacon Real Estate, and his wife Rowena are always available to accept calls. And even after hours there's always someone to sort out whatever problem may arise. We have owned and managed our commercial properties for many decades. For a very long time hesitated to hand over the reins to a property manager, but when we found Beacon Real Estate the decision was easy, and we are so pleased to have engaged their services. We thoroughly recommend them.

Contractors beware! Beacon do not pay invoicesIf we could give 0 stars we would.Alice is horrible & rude to deal with. Get everything in writing as that was our mistake. She will say something completely different in person than in emails.Avoid at all costs

In particular our property manager Alice is exceptional, & her knowledge & experience is unrivalled in the industry. I have found her to be extremely friendly, efficient, professional, diligent & available whenever I have needed her.
